Help

Has my order gone through?

You will receive a notification email within 24 hours of your order.

If you can't see it check your junk mail (just incase) and make sure that you used the correct email address. 

If it still hasn't come through then contact us.

Something is out of stock, will you be getting more?

Unfortunately once a style has sold we don't tend to manufacture more.

This enables us to keep lines current and exciting (and our warehouse wouldn't be able to cope!).

Items are ordered in different quantities to accomodate demand but some sizes will always sell out faster than others.

My promo code isn't working

You can only use one promo code per order, so if you're lucky enough to have a choice then you'll have to pick a favourite! ☺

Some codes can only be used once, such as 10% off your first order.

If your code is not being recognised contact us and we'll get on it.

I've received something incorrect or faulty

We try to be perfect but we can be painfully human.

If there's been a mistake or manufacturing error please contact us with your name, order number and the issue.

We'll get back to you ASAP and refund any additional costs.

Shipping

Where is my order?

You can track your order with Royal Mail using the email or text notification.

If you didn't receive one or are worried that your parcel may have gone wandering off then contact us and we'll find it for you.

Please note that deliveries can be delayed by severe weather conditions, bank holidays and (regrettably) pandemics.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! ☺

Due to the old Brexit debarcle you may need to pay an additional import fee on your order.

Please note that we currently do not ship to Russia.

All UK orders over £40 and international orders over £75 automatically get free shipping! ☺

Returns

How Do I Return Something?

You can return an item free of charge for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Make sure the item is unused, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels and tags still attached. Failure to do so may result in your return being declined and a refund not given.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, but you can request a free returns label by contacting us.

We aim to process all returns within 14 days. You will be notified when your return has been approved and a refund has been processed.

Can I Exchange For a Different Size?

We do not offer exchanges, it's just easier for everyone if you return the unwanted item and re-order it in your new size.
